Company development

The Company launched its activities in June 2002 with the staff of 5 employees. It is a branch office of Cegelec SA an internationally oriented provider of technical solutions and services for private corporations and public clients.

The Company’s profile embraces the turn-key projects in terms of automation and control systems, power generation and distribution, IT, and drives for industry sector especially for energy, petrochemistry and gas industries.

The Company took over from Alstom the realization of the project „SCADA System for JAMAL transit gas pipeline system across Poland’s” together with the specialists working for the Project.

In June 2002 Designing section for electrical installations and automation was created to co-operate with Cegelec in the framework of international projects.

In September 2003 the Procurement section was launched to serve local projects as well as to work for whole Cegelec group.

In October 2003 the design & commissioning section Automotive was established to support Cegelec group in all projects for automotive industry in the scope of automation and robotics.

In January 2004 Automotive moved into new premises in Katowice, where designing and testing take place.

In January 2007 the Maintenance section was established in Gliwice responsible for the maintenance of facilities and industrial production equipment. In addition the branch deals with transfer of machinery and equipment.

Iin October 2007, for the purpose of the project "Faurecia" in the Czech Republic, another branch was established.

In January 2009, the HVAC and SCADA department moved to the new office in Wilanow - Warsaw.

The Company constantly supports the Group in searching for Polish specialists for current projects worldwide. Polish engineers employed this way gather experience in project management in various industries.
